"Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "

"The hotel is well located in Ruedesheim very close to the main part of town where the restaurants are. The room was of a good size and very clean. The windows were very effective in blocking out the noise of the freight trains that seem to run most of the night on the track that follows the course of the Rhine. The wifi worked well and breakfast was good. The hotel offers onsite parking for a fee but if you arrive after 18.00 there are two very close public car parks that are free until 09.00...

"Our family of four stayed in the family suite that had a king bed and sofa in main area, and then a side bedroom with two twins. It was a great bed arrangement for our family. The bathroom was small and not ventilated nor had a window, and no wash cloths were provided yet towels and hand towels were. The room seemed a bit dated, but it was large (other than small bathroom), clean, and comfortable. It is on one of the main streets in town about a 20-30 minute walk up a hill (not too steep)...
