"We checked in and first off the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bed was all wrinkled I don’t think it had been changed and there was a cigarette butt on bathroom floor. "I loved this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and spacious. The restaurant served great food and drinks. The manager (Ty) was amazing. The was an issue with the fridge in my room so she gave me a complimentary entree, appetizer and drink to replace the food I had in the fridge. Ty and the staff were great! They were attentive and patient. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"I made my reservation the day-of so that I could get closer to the airport. I saw ratings online and thought this was the best choice - and it WAS. I love the lighting in the room, full size closet, clean and spacious bathroom... microwave and fridge available in room, DESK AND CHAIR with easily accessible power ports. Comfy couch and ottoman as well as REALLY comfy bed. Close to fast food and TV offers HBO channels (but I watched Animal Planet). Able to work into the night and get rest."

"We had two rooms, one for us and one for my in-laws. We had a wonderful time. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to use Uber. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and good. "Overall, my experience was pleasant. However, we had to keep putting water in the back of the toilet to flush. We did not inform the front desk because we did not want to pack our things and move to a different room once we got settled and noticed the issue.
