"We loved our stay here! It was very comfortable for our family, all the amenities we needed, overall good location for what we were visiting the city for. Very clean...with the tiny exception of a few dog hairs found on a living room throw blanket, which didn't bother us considering how exceptionally clean the rest of the house was! Lovely decor and a peaceful feel. The host was quick to answer the one time that we needed something. We would definitely stay here again...thanks so much!"

"Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. Otherwise, thank you for a lovely stay."

"My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!"

"We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again"

"We were in town from NJ for a field hockey tournament over the holidays. Rather than stay in a hotel, we rented this property as a home base. The house was clean and cozy and we enjoyed having family meals in the kitchen and spending time together in the family room. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac and convenient to restaurants, groceries, gas and the River City Sports complex. "

"House is great for a large family or two couples and some kids. All bedrooms upstairs. TVs in all rooms except twin beds bedroom. Quiet neighborhood. Within a couple miles of grocery store and 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping areas. Nice place to stay. Pets are an up charge but allowed. "

"My family and I stayed June 2024. When we walked in it smelled clean and fresh. Richmond was very hot that weekend, the ac worked very well. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to washer/dryer. Stayed with my handicapped mother, so having a 1st floor bathroom was great. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Neighborhood was quiet, never heard any neighbors or outside noise. Enjoyed taking my morning coffee on the enclosed back patio. Would definitely re-book this property."
