"This stay started off terribly after a 5 hour car ride and ferry crossing. There was no one at the property when we arrived to welcome us. (We may have been sent an email with instructions but I must have missed it.) We called the posted cell number and the call was dropped, then drove out to another property 1 km away and finally found someone to help us. The cabin had been left open and the key on the table! GRRR! The cabin was nicely set up. Somewhat comfortable but not like in the photo....

"We liked the views, the wildlife, good size kitchen and living area. But we found the bedrooms were smaller than expected, there weren’t enough chairs at dining table or coffee mugs for all guests. Also the shower in the ensuite and laundry tap were leaking. Otherwise it was a pleasant and relaxing stay close to nature."

"What a beautiful home! We needed nothing, everything you can think of was supplied. It has a wonderful outlook, close to the beach and plenty of wildlife. "Great beach property very close to the water. Ideal for families and adults who also want to have a wine/barbecue on the large balcony overlooking the pristine water. "Property was in a great location. Island beach is so beautiful. Very well equipped and the slow cooker was a bonus. Overall nice and clean, although there were empty bottles and cans all over the fish cleaning sink which we couldnt use. This was cleaned up however at the end of our trip. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but clean and warm. Had some visits by local kangaroos, wallabies and the beautiful birds on KI and also some local chooks! A bit of a hick up when we arrived to locked doors...
