"Sue and Mike were so welcoming. When they saw a baby with us they ran right out and bought a baby gate. Mike took us for a ride on the power boat. We kayaked around the lake on the two kayaks. We saw bunnies, loons, ducks and a beautiful bald eagle. The house had everything we needed for a big group. It was wonderful. The views on three sides of the house were wonderful. It would be wonderful for a wedding party or any family get away!"

"There were so many great amenities included with this stay. A very modern, energy efficient and health conscious guest house. Our favorite parts were the wood-burning stove, wrap around deck, fully stocked, high-end kitchen, heated towel rack and bathroom floor, and a very remote location. A small-town getaway within an hour's drive of downtown Boston."

"The main reason we selected this property was the lake. Thats the cover picture for this place and a lot of photos touch on it. Its even called the lakefornt cottage, i believe. That is the only reason we selected this place. Much to our dismay, when we arrived inthe lake. We are from Texas so if this happens every winter, we have no idea. "We had a lovely time at this property. Very cute cabin feel, perfect for the fall. We were in town for a wedding at Pats Peak and were able to walk to the venue. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. "

"This is a perfect place to stay. Equipped with everything you would need in an efficency rental. A few minutes from UMass Lowell. And less than 2 miles to the Tsongas Arena. Everything was clean and presentable. I thought being so close to UMass it might be noisey with traffic. It wasnt. Nice quiet side street. If we need to go to Tsongas Arena again I will definitely stay at this place again. "

"Our visit was short but absolutely wonderful. Our host had thought of everything - coffee, tea, pancake mix, eggs, and a ton of other goodies that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We spent every moment possible enjoying the porch and overlooking the river. Bedding, furniture, and amenities were all incredible. We all wished we could have stayed much longer and would book again in a heartbeat if we’re ever back in the area."
