"Wonderful cabin nestled up near the charming little town of Ellijay, Ga and a short drive from Amicalola Falls. Host was a great communicator and everything was as expected. We thought the cabin would be tucked further into the woods away from the nearby road (which is busy) but that's the only (very small) drawback. Would rent again (and most likely will in the spring/summer). "

"This place depicts exactly what I think of when I consider a cabin in the mountains. Seclusion, rushing creek waters, nice outside areas including a fire pit, grilling area, and lush foliage. The screened porch is just feet away from the beautiful creek - we spent much time there! Inside the cabin, everything we needed was included; even a nice bottle of wine for our anniversary! The woodwork inside was immaculate - breathtaking in aesthetics and gave a comfortable feeling of cabin living with all the amenities. The design of the cabin was well thought out and gave us privacy when we wanted it and room for entertaining.Would we return? Absolutely! Which means a lot because we are choosy in our travels.The only 2 "issues" we encountered were a dusty screen porch and loud tractor sounds all day on our last day. Apparently, Friday is the day to cut the hay next door which made us sneeze quit a bit if we were outside. But I did get to learn how hay is cut and baled in the mountains! That was nice. When you go, and we highly recommend you do, be sure to have your camera ready for all the wildlife you will encounter! We saw deer, a lynx, tons of birds, and racoons! I am typing this and making another reservation to go! An amazing place!"
