"The location is beautiful, the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a good holiday. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only rel problem we had seems to be the drainage. We arrived at the property, after collecting the key from the office in isla, and found all the doors and windows open. It soon became apparent this was because the bathroom upstairs smells quite badly. What's not evident is whether it's a problem with the whole building infrastructure or just this...

"The apartment is nice and we had no issues once we got checked in. The automated check in was a bit challenging....it's all electronic and the door is opened from link on your smart phone. My only real complaint is supposedly there was private parking included. We couldn't find it and the host sent a picture but I tried keys I had and was unable to get access. It was very confusing. It all worked out...we found street parking close by. The apartment really needs some type of information guide...

"Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos."

"Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. "La casa está ubicada cerca de la zona de la ría de Ajo. Estás a 20’ andando del pueblo o 3 en el coche. Es una zona tranquila. Nosotros íbamos con perro y tener la ría tan cerca era un plus. La casa está bien, es cómoda y está bien ubicada. Lo único malo es que tiene una casa al lado y otra arriba y se escucha todo. Y por otros lado, en la casa no encontraréis gel, jabón platos… bayetas, trapos de cocina… Para mi, esto es un contra ya que para una semana tienes que adquirir todo"

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"Not very good value for money. This summer we spent 4 weeks away - this property was the most expensive we rented, but the poorest quality. The apartment is very small. There were 5 in our group (2 adults and 3 children) and we struggled with the space. It is more suitable to 2 people than a family. "This place is listed as having a lift. It does not! Kitchen equipment lacking or not working well. Symbols on oven have been scrubbed off and had to guess right setting and even then it took ages to reach temperature. No toaster and no kettle. Manager did not respond to questions when we booked. King size bed is 160cm (ie UK king and not 180cm King). Blinds/shutters are old and do not work properly. Street noise expected but worse due to lack of double glazing.
