The hotel was very clean, excellent costumer service, the only downside is that is a little far from central station like 45 minutes walk, we would take Uber most days, but if you decided to walk is safe also. The restaurant inside the hotel was not that good for us either, not many other options to eat near, the market is close so we decided to cook breakfast every morning ourselves. Overall good stay.

This property is the absolute best. Not only do you have access to Amsterdam but the busy harbor as well. The staff is friendly, professional and can’t do enough for you. Kudos to Luka, front desk. He was helpful and compassionate.

Amazing location in the newer part of Amsterdam. Free bike rentals. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Room was fantastic with separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a full kitchen. Friendly and talented staff throughout. One of the best experiences I had on my recent trip throughout Europe.

The July is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a quiet residential section of town. The hotel restaurant is good. Outside seating options make for a pleasant meal or cocktail. The staff is polite and attentive. Getting to and from the hotel to sights and restaurants is always a taxi or Uber. Nothing is within walking distance. Expect $15 to $20 for each ride by Uber. Taxis are mych more and should be avoided.

I really loved staying here. It was super easy to get to by bus from central Amsterdam. All the team working here were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Room was lovely! Wish I could have moved in!

Best welcome ever.
The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. Definitely I’m coming back soon and probably will bring more people. :)))) As always I said, if you treat your costumers with high standards ur costumer will put you in a high standard rate.

My partner and I stayed here for our first ever trip to Amsterdam to celebrate her birthday. We loved this hotel! Luca from the front desk was so welcoming and very friendly with lots of suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel is quiet, safe, clean, and we will definitely be back!

Best Hotel Stay in Amsterdam
This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Reception was SO friendly and receptive. The amenities at this place are pretty cool: one of the bigger and better hotel gyms I've ever seen. They had a spa and sauna that we used (just have to book a time at the front desk). Our reservation came with breakfast... which was made by a chef in an open-style kitchen right in the lobby area, and it was delicious. We had a waterfront view from our room, which by the way our room was MASSIVE compared to any other hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. Very much more an apartment feel than a hotel feel, which was a plus for us. Beautiful mid century modern feel. Perhaps the one thing to note is that IT IS a bit of a trek into city center.... About 10-15min walk to a bus or tram stop and then a ride into the city. We actually walked all the way in one day. But the advantage of being a bit away from town is that it's very quiet and easy to sleep. Also... the day we were there, the hotel was throwing a party in the lobby for their re-branding party, so free drinks and photobooth for us. :)

Horrible room cleaning. Very hot room.
They don’t do cleaning every day. I asked them to do room cleaning every day and all they did was take out the trash. Second time I asked them they cleaned it but not fully. Third time I asked to clean they forgot again and then when they did clean it was horrible. Room was also super hot. Window was faced towards a residential neighborhood so the whole city can see you in the room. Terrible stay wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was wonderful kind and attentive. Food and bar were very nice and the location was close enough for a quick Uber or a nice walk. Was also far with away that it was quiet at night. A perfect location!!
