10 out of 10.The perfect holiday accomodation! Surrounded by beautiful gardens with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea,this is heaven. The hosts are warm, friendly and very attentive making you feel very welcome. Large well appointed room with comfy bed and pillows.Large bathroom and lots of storage/wardrobe space. Nice quiet location. Located not far from the town of Anacapri. Easy 20 min walk or 5 minute bus ride with bus stop located just outside property main entrance gate.

The hotel is unique and mixes traditional and modern in a fantastic way. The owners go out of their way to make your stay as memorable and happy as you would like and give great advice throughout with convenient links of everything that you can do on the island to make it easy to enjoy. Although we only stayed for one night it made us think that we wanted to come back. If the transfer service from the hotel is available I would recommend to use this is very good.

Our stay at Il Carrubo was PERFECT. Corino and his family were so kind, helpful, and hospitable and made our stay even that much better. Highlights: - They offer a shuttle service (25 euro) from the port which I highly recommend leveraging - They serve breakfast in the cutest foliage covered area and it is absolutely delicious - The pool is beautiful, so clean, and the centerpiece of the property! - The rooms are extremely comfortable, very clean, and of course just as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the property - And lastly, the WiFi is strong in the rooms and throughout the whole property which was a pleasant surprise I would give Il Carrubo 10 stars if possible. A must stay if you are visiting Anacapri and/or Capri!

A little piece of Eden in Italy. Il Carrubo is at once blissfully quiet, and an easy walk to restaurants, sights, hiking and shops. Special mentions to the gardens and the endless views beyond them (both are stunning), the attentive but light-touch service and the breakfasts (fresh, homemade and varied). It’s rare to find a place to stay that has thought of everything and executed each of those things perfectly, but still warmly welcomes you as though you’re their first guest.

Carrubo was perfect. Corino was the best host, who would quickly answer any questions you asked on WhatsApp, ensuring everyone had the best holiday. The whole villa is special and the breakfast doesn’t get much better. Couldn’t rate this gem highly enough! 10/10
