"We had a fantastic stay in this B&B. John (Host) was very cordial and friendly. Guided us on activities/dining options and even helped us with vacuuming our rental vehicle that we dirtied with beach sand. Breakfast: Was very fresh and great Rooms: Clean and great view of the ocean My family (4 adults) all had a great time and if we visit Rincon we would love to stay here again."

"Me and my husband stayed here while visiting family. We aren’t smokers or drinkers and barely spent much time in the home, and neither did we allow anyone else inside the home. We left the property clean and were overall pleased with this stay and was looking forward to leaving a great review but then we were hit with a $150 request for what we were told was a violation for smoking in the property. Again we are not smokers and no one else was in the property. There is a camera on the property...

"false advertising. The property had nothing that it promised. There was no swimming pool, no safe deposit box, no security, no cleaning, expired fire extinguishers, no phones in the room, no closets in the room. IT was completely miserable experience. i will never return and will not reccomend this property to anyone. "

"This is a great place to stay in Añasco, PR. Spacious, with a nice dinning area and a small kitchen area. But then I was not there to spend time in the kitchen. Plenty of light and a parking spot in front. Everything is just a few minutes away. I’m sure I’ll use this place again in the future."

"First time to PR with family on vacation. This is the perfect location to explore the western part of the island. The house is very clean with a great kitchen set-up. Appreciate the drip coffee maker and complimentary coffee and blender for Pina coladas. The pool was a nice break from the beach for the kids. It was cleaned twice while we were there. Shade umbrella was awesome for lounging poolside. Played a little basketball, but really enjoyed watching the local teams play at the indoor court...
