The house is very modern, well-maintained, and has a beautiful view out to Emerald Lake. It has easy access to stores and to the highways.

Beautiful Lake House
The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lake was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet. The house has a medium size fire pit by the lake that would have been nice to use, but it was not cleaned properly and had no idea we couple use it. I’m sure it will be nice to enjoy next time. Hopefully staying again!!!!!

Relaxing with a Great View
I stayed at Lakeside Home Of The Midnight Sun (Side A) for 9 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. There were three adults in my party, and the house had space for each of us to have our own bedroom and full bathroom. The Pac-Man machine in my bedroom was a huge hit with the adults and the children who visited. The location of the house is ideal; it is close to the airport, main highways, grocery stores, Kincaid Park, and it borders Jewel Lake. I felt very safe in the house and walking around the neighborhood. Nick quickly and politely responded to my emails asking specific questions about the rental prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend this location to friends and family visiting Anchorage.

We had a wonderful experience at the Home of the Midnight Sun. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to downtown and to the airport. We would defiantly stay there again!
