Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't ever make the room cold enough, and the bathroom was disappointing - there was often a bad smell from the drains and the bath/shower water didn't go colder than lukewarm.

Wonderful hospitality, very clean and many delightful little complimentary amenities that made our stay very nice. Comfortable beds with individual light controls so you can turn off the big light and still have a reading lamp before bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom compact but had everything you need. We had all day access to the reception snacks, and they offered complimentary drinks on a rainy Tokyo night. My kids aged 6 & 8 loved it!

We loved this hotel especially the room size. There was lots of socialization space and it had such a relaxing atmosphere. As well, the location was ideal and it was easy to walk to the train or to restaurant options.
