"The rental car as extremely clean, I dropped a bottle of eye drops that rolled under the nightstand, I ended up laying on the floor and reaching under the table to retrieve it. Not a speck of dust The bottle of wine was a nice surprise, we sat out on the patio Friday night enjoying a picnic and wine, in the distance we could here the sounds of a local high school football game I would definitely stay there again "

"The property was just as described. It's clean, nice back porch with barbecue grill that we got to use with the family for dinner. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host."

"Six of us stayed at this very nice property as we were attending a nearby wedding. The views across St Joseph Sound were beautiful! Plenty of room to hang out in the large living room or on the back porch overlooking the Sound. The kitchen was nicely equipped, including both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Lots of games, fishing gear, and even a cast net to catch bait! The pool was heated and clean. Our host, Larry, lives on site, but we really never noticed him. There were two occasions when we needed assistance and he responded immediately. Very friendly guy! Publix grocery is one mile away, and Walmart is 8 minutes by car. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. The elevator was a great help to our 89-yr-old mother, and also very handy to get luggage, etc up to the main living area. We highly recommend this property!"

"This place is total trash. Once you arrive the neighbors on each side of this home will warn you to not stay there because it is horrible. This is not a rental. This is a home lived in until the homeowner rents it out on a listing then she leaves the home while it’s rented. The worst listing on Vrbo I have ever encountered. I didn’t stay there and lost all my money. Warning!!!!! Don’t rent this garbage can"
