Building is showing its age but was acceptable. Staff is very friendly. Hiking trails are ok to good. Food was great. It is a little far from everything but uber is fast and inexppensive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful mid tier property. With some work this can be a solid premium stay. Customer service is excellent. Food is excellent. Slightly limited menu. Cleanliness is spot on. A lot of visible areas in the building looks run down and need repairs. Paint job, carpets, walls visual defects. During my stay I had hot water shower issues. My faucet hot water did not work at all. Toilet clogged a few times. The main reason for a lower rating is the facilities condition. That’s the difference between mid tier and premium facilities. Highly recommended the staff if you’re looking for inexpensive stay in Panama. Uber is very cheap to most places. You can see Panama Canal, Centenario Bridge and other amazing views from this hotel. Tours are wonderful except the golf course tour which was a short drive around the course with not much to do. Overall. This place has the potential to be premium

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room were abit dity. The blankets smell old and dirty. Other than that, great scenary and friendly staff especially at the buffet. Yadiel was my favorite staff.

The property is in a beautiful rainforest, surrounded by a nice golf course. I enjoyed the murals and breakfast. There is lots of parking available. However, this property needs some TLC. The balcony railings are rusted, and the paint is peeling off. We saw stains on one of our two beds, so I'm unsure if they were replaced.

Where to start. We did not get a balcony, they said it's based on availability, the hotel was nowhere near to capacity. No hot water in sinks, shower was only lukewarm. Very dated Hotel, we had no temperature control in the room. Staff is helpful but poorly trained. Condensation on the windows was crazy, water on the floor. Pool was very cloudy, we didn't want to go in it. We ordered room service - a pizza, which was on the menu. It arrived half cooked. No hairdryer in the room. No housekeeping!! Called about it and they said they'd have someone come, but nobody ever did. Bed was comfy. Room was large, but definitely not a business suite. Check in and out was quick. Grounds and golf course both very nice. Included a Golf carry tour around the property.

We emailed go get shuttle arranged 3 days prior to arrival 3 emails no responce. We arrived at airport called hotel about shuttle they replied take a taxi, we dont provide. Okay no problem , we got taxi. At first the gentlemen at the front entrance was the nicest person on the entire property, he greeted us at taxi brought us to checkin and brought us to room, showed us all in room. Great service!! Waitress at restaurant walked away half way thru us trying o order didnt return, we had to get her twice ourselves to place order, then she never returned. Called room service 3 x to bring up water and still did not went to front desk 3x for same request. Still no. Customer service was not good, room service did not come, tour guide was great . Motel itself was not satisfying will not return
