"The moment we walked in, the front desk personnel Shea greeted us and helped us get our room. She remembered our names and greeted us anytime we were spotted. "Unfortunately, the elevator was out, and I had to carry a cooler multiple times to the third floor, but other than that the staff was fantastic and breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had in our six weeks since Helene displaced us.
