"We were unaware that this hotel was right next to a homeless shelter. There were multiple homeless people in the streets, begging for money, panhandling, throwing garbage in the park by the church. Also ambulance sirens could be heard multiple times throughout the day and night, possibly every hour if not more."

"Room was lovely and clean if a little on the small side. Perfect for myself. Good TV variety if that’s your thing. Staff were polite and professional. A short walk from Intendente Metro station, and the famous tram 28 has a stop just outside. Area around it needs a bit of TLC, however, good restaurant and coffee shops close by. All in all a great hotel for a weekend break.."

"Excellent transport links, breakfast has excellent variety. Rooms have beautiful decor and excellent amenities, a safe, kettle and a fridge which I didnt expect. Lots of eateries (especially Indian/Nepalise, yum) and shops nearby. Only criticism is the area can be a bit sketchy especially the southern end of the street but it's v good value for money. "
