"Unexpectedly awful. No power on boat, only listen to external generator to run lights. No functional toilet, bathroom reeked of urine that couldn’t be flushed. No running water, ownerleft large luggage in bedroom so couldn’t open doors fully to access, dirty, extremely poor maintenance, jury rigged, felt unsafe . No dinghy to access shore. Transport was called 3 times to pickup and so late we missed dinner reservations, embarrassing to guests, transport showed up an hour early next morning for departure as convenient for him. Difficult to communicate with owner for details, no response to our complaints, description in VRBO completely misleading and inaccurate. NOT SAFE for INHABITATATIN! Coast guard would have field day with safety violations"

"We loved our stay at Shore Thing. The pool, hot tub and ping pong table were a huge hit. Having the tv down there was an added bonus for watching football! The short walk to the beach was easy. We loved that we could play pickleball on the public courts just a couple of blocks away. We will definitely be back!!"
