"I visited this hotel for the first time for my honeymoon and my husband and I had an INCREDIBLE TIME. The resort offers complimentary airport shuttle, and the proximity is great and quick. We stayed in the adult only side of the hotel and were given a "butler phone" which we could use to call for anything which was pretty cool. As a foodie, I am pleased to share the food was AWESOME- and the adult only breakfast spot is really good. The only and one thing I did not like is that the ocean outside of the property is on the Atlantic side, so the waters are dark, choppy, and happened to be covered in Sargassum at the time of our visit. However, there are so many pools, that I didn't miss the clear Caribbean waters too much, especially since we did venture out to the other side of the island one of the days. The room we stayed in was amazing, and the cleaning staff does an exceptional job."

"Everything from check-in to check-out was 1000%! Staff is incredibly helpful, kind, & great at communicating in a timely manner. Had some flight issues & the resort was incredibly accommodating, going above & beyond on multiple levels. Food was delicious & there were a lot of tasty GF options, which is important to us. Our private cottage was pure perfection & we loved the privacy it provided. We were treated like royalty every moment at the resort & it was the best vacation we've ever been on. We won't stay anywhere else but Sugar Beach when we go to St. Lucia in the future! "
