2 Melville Terrace is a spacious and welcoming apartment forming the ground floor of a handsome double fronted Victorian end terrace property. High ceilings and oak flooring combined with stylish and comfortable furnishings add to the grand feeling of this traditional home. Accommodating up to four guests there are two bedrooms; a double room with king size bed which can be arranged as a twin on request and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Entering the home there is a large, welcoming entrance from which all rooms lead off and the bold colour choice and accessories create a distinctly Scottish feel. The large lounge has a flame effect fire and several seating options including leather sofas, chaise lounge and an armchair, perfect for a reading area. The well-equipped dining kitchen can be accessed from the hallway and from the lounge. Whether you plan to only eat breakfast before heading out for the day or intend to have home cooked meals using local produce the kitchen caters for all guests. French doors lead to the private courtyard garden which has outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine al fresco. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is the addition of a utility room complete with traditional pulley. The garden can also be accessed from the utility room, and this provides handy extra space for storing golf clubs or any watersports accessories you may have. Parking is available for one car in the driveway to the front of the property and any additional vehicles can park in the surrounding streets.
