Excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and very close to Picasso Museum, shore promenade and marina. Just out the door you’ll walk into an impressionist painting. "This is the place. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the train station (we took the train to Nice and Menton) ... and the bus stop is convenient as well. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store around the corner, playground a short walk. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. Photos are accurate. Rafika was very attentive and accomodating. We will return."
