"House is very rustic inside and out. Internally, the sanitary ware and fittings are a bit worn. Some basic kitchen equipment is missing and there is a lack of plug sockets. Other than that, it's fine. House is clean. The pool area and terraces very nice. It's edge of town so it is nice and quiet. A car is needed to get around. Leider sind vom Vermieter noch Lebensmittel und andere Sachen im Haus. Ansonsten war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben sich gut um alles gekümmert. "We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention...

"We stayed for 4 days at this amazing villa. It is very clean and has great views through the trees down to the sea. Communication with Derrick was easy and he did arrange for the pool and hot tub to be heated as we requested. If you are staying here in the Spring it would probably be worth asking for the heaters to be turned on a couple of days before arrival as they took a day to get up to temperature. The spaces and design of the villa worked really well for our two families with 4 children...

"The house was wonderful and only upstaged by the garden and pool, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor living experience. The location was also nearly perfect, just a short drive to Antibes’s old town and nearby beaches. Cannes was also an easy drive, as was Nice, but a little further. The owner and manager kindly arranged an early check-in, which was important to us as our flight arrived at 8AM and we were traveling with our 4 month old granddaughter and her 3 year old brother. "There were 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 15 to 4. The Villa was an excellent place to stay with loads of space and close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and train station. Excellent holiday and would definitely recommend this villa."
