The showers were freezing. The bathroom grubby. The picture online is nothing like the hotel it must have been taken 20 years ago. The building is old and tired. They are friendly, but you have to ask at least twice for everything. Just a few examples: - we asked three times for an ashtray - we asked three times for some towels - there was an event at the hotel so we were asked what we want for breakfast and on what time, because the restaurant was closed and breakfast was on the balcony. They did not believe my proof of booking from hotels.com or my credit card bill showing my card was charged. as a result, they very very combative and disrespecrful. we had already ordered dinner by thst time and they quadrupled the bill to $40 for rice and two meats and 3 Chai tea. in any restsurant it would have been about $10.
