"I arrived in late afternoon and found that I'd booked the wrong sized room, way to big for me. The staff were lovely and sorted it out in minutes. So really nice staff on site, friendly and helpful. The resort is directly opposite a seafood restaurant which I didn't rate, the food wasn't good. However there are a number of restaurants close by. "When we arrived the old man at the desk had trouble finding our reservation. He did not speak any English, and my Thai is not very good. He called another woman who spoke a little bit of English and who helped him find our reservation. The hotel is older, but the room was clean enough. The beds were quite hard, and there was space between the doors, allowing mosquitos inside. The location is quite out of the way.
