"Perfect location and friendly staff members especially the guy from Myanmar in the reception, lovely guy to have met. Also all other staff members were very polite and always greeted well. We stayed at Garden villa for a day and ocean view villa for few other days. Honestly speaking my boyfriend and I preferred the garden villa as was close to the restaurant and other amenities especially when going out of the villa, but ofcourse we enjoyed using our jacuzzi and ocean view from our other villa....

"The Explorar Koh Phangan was an amazing property. The staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet was great. The pool, the room, fitness center all great. Not to mention an amazing sunset every night. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. "

"The place and people are nice but the food is average. The sunset bbq is actually at 6:30 which is after sunset. The bbq costs 1,100,000 and wasn’t good at all. "

"Beautiful property right on the beach. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. This is a quiet resort that is perfect for relaxing. Location is a bit remote but it is easy to hire a ride to go see the sites. "

"Our stay at Anavana was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. There were also a few activities on at the hotel that were free to participate in. A few cultural dances, mini cooking class and krathong making which we really enjoyed. It was lovely to get involved in the culture. We would definitely recommend a stay at Anavana"

"Nice property with amazing views of the sea. Pool area is lovely. Room was amazing and they were very generous with room amenities. X2 free cokes, x2 crisps and water everyday. Plenty of toiletries. Staff were polite. Location not great in terms of restaurants but a few around. Better with scooter I guess but still a little too quiet. Beach is not huge but morning walks were nice."
