"I expected a little more for a superior balcony room. The balcony was nice but there was hardly space to put your stuff or hang clothes. Also there was a lot of noice after midnight and during the early morning children running and screaming in the hallway. "

The hotel itself was as i remembered with clean and tidy rooms. Quiet with beautiful views from higher rooms. Sadly the reception staff were a little less friendly than my previous visit. "The hotel is conveniently situated in Chinatown, within walking distance of numerous dining and shopping options. Check-in was relatively quick, though the agent did not mention or provide me with access to the lounge/Den until I inquired about it. I was the only guest in the lounge, which offered complimentary food and drinks. The guest room was modern and comfortable, featuring a well-designed work desk."
