"Off the main street which makes the place very quiet. 5 min walk from the pier and to the beach. Lots of cafes and convenience stores round. The property looks much better in the photos - nowadays it's rather outdated with very shabby walls, a loud air-conditioner and a bit hard mattress. Though, the room itself is spacious. There are towels, bath products and a kettle with some coffee being provided. Overall good value for money. "

"This was a really nice place to stay. The pool was lovely, the sun loungers were comfortable and the sea was heaven. We stayed for 2 nights. Ate a couple of times in the restaurant (which was very nice) and hired out kayaks from them for only 300 baht an hour. Only flaw was the cost of laundry. The staff were so helpful and the stay was excellent."

Need more beach chairs as have the people who put towels on chairs and leave for hours. Hate that. All spots gone by 7 am and nobody there until hours or never. Buffet ok Bed ok"

"Property is being updated, new roofs and paint on bungalows. Overall beautiful property and ocean views. Property also shares the beach area and pool of the sai keaw property next door. Only 300baht a day for moped. Go to the other end of Kho Samed for beautiful sunrise and sets."

"Rather clean hotel with good breakfast area. There are no actual place for your things in the rooms of main building: four hooks only and one shelf, you have to keep all you belongings in you bags on the floor. Mind, "inroom safe" means there are only one safe and it is in the private room of the only reception girl!!! By the way, she is quite often not at her place and you should walk about the territory to find her!!!"
