"Staff are useless if you raise any concern. If you're interested in feeling safe during your stay, they will provide no help. I went to the desk regarding a security concern I had and they just shrugged their shoulders. If you're staying here, keep in mind the desk is just there to provide you towels. They do not care about you. "

"This hotel has been our home while we are in Tokyo. The staff are very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, location is super convenient! Right across the street from Ikebukuro station. Lots of dining and shopping options in the many department stores located in the train station. Also a huge plus for us is the Airport Limousine Bus service which drops us off and picks us up to and from the Haneda airport. "

"Spent 11 days here, Fresh towels daily and cleaning every 3 days. Right across the street from the Oedo Line which is one that traveled to most of my destinations for the entire stay. Family mart across the street for late night snacks as well. Restaurant downstairs had buffet breakfast option daily and bar was open till about midnight with last call at 11:30pm. "

"The restaurant upstairs , i was disappointed at the service. When i got my bill I see they charged me 1000 Yen as table charge . When i asked what this charge was for they said its for the 2 slices of bread (tiny) they gave us after sitting at the table for 35 minutes and they also said all restaurants in Japan charge a table charge per person. I did eat at other restaurants and i was never charged."

"Stayed for one night so we could visit Hikarigaoka Parkrun and also Golden Gai. Easy to get to and very close to metro. Short way (12 min) from the station for the narita express. The hotel staff were very helpful and both check in and out were seemless. The rooms were typically Japanese and small however the design allowed you to store luggage under the bed and the bathroom was excellent"

"Hip hotel in a great neighbourhood. Live DJ booth mixing the lobby music, they sold local craft beer at the front desk, and I didn't eat at the cafe, but it seemed to be kind of farm-to-table. Just stayed 1 night but wish I'd been there longer tbh."

"Rooms are as dark as a dungeon. Bathroom entry has a toe-stubbing ledge. Good shower. Good bed. Heated mirrors in the bathroom are a nice touch."

"Their staff are friendly. Shinjuku is great spot especially if you like nightlife because some restaurants don't close early, you can still eat even at midnight.. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that it's too small and there's no microwave. Overall still I will recommend this hotel very quite and clean. Thank you. "
