"The hotel is very very near JR Shin-Koiwa station and have lots of fast food chain and convenience store around the place. Best thing is that it only takes less than 15 minutes to reach Tokyo Station by train. I've stayed here twice, and will continue to do so I ever return to Japan for another visit "

"Staff was excellent and patient when answering any questions presented. Amazon and Uber deliveries were also okay. It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. The staff in charge of cleaning were kind and helpful always delivering daily amenities when the door was set to "eco cleaning". Worth it for the accommodating staff and the convenience of being next...

"Upon arrival, there was no one in the office, nor was there during any time of our stay to let you in. The owner did not give us a code code until I was able to find a payphone get a hold of him and get the code. Not sure why they don’t give you code when you book."

"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "We stayed here two nights for our honeymoon and it was the best experience I have ever had with a hotel. Cyashitsu Ryokan Asakusa goes above and beyond with making you feel right at home while also giving you the ability to experience traditional Japanese culture and hospitality.
