So many convenience stores around including a Lawson inside the hotel, hotel staff are understanding and most speak English but more than anything, the quick walk to JR station.

Unfortunately my experience was a bad one. We got to our room to find it was so small you couldn't even open your suitcase on the floor. We asked for a larger room. They gave us a larger room for one night and said I had to pay now for the room and after that they would refund the original booking which was for around 5 days. So I paid then they said the refund would go through in around a few weeks to a few months!! I still haven't got it. I was very angry.

Easy access to the train. Friendly staff. Nice room a bit on the small size the only downside is the bathroom being on a higher platform from the room so if needed to go in the middle of the night you need to remember the little step in order to get in the restroom

Usual small space for Japan, for me room was too hot while corridors were cool - cld not adjust room temp on panel in room. Self check-in was less than desirable for us.

The APA hotel, was very convenient for us next to one of Tokyo’s train lines we were able to go anywhere we wanted to within an hour. The room was clean and unusual Japanese tradition, very compact, but well stocked. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Don’t tell us next to the Sumo Wrestling Museum and Stadium. Also the Japanese Sword Museum. One of the highlights of this hotel is the public bass that are host in the lowest level. They are wonderful, water is clean and hot. And has a great way to start or finish a day! Overall, I have no hesitation, recommending this hotel, convenience, location next to a railway line and several museums.

Nice place, but it’s overcrowded, full of tourists, and kinda noisy. It’s close to Tokyo Skytree. I didn’t like the check-in process—there are enough counters for a standard check-in, so the automated system felt unnecessary. It took more time than a normal check-in, but that’s just my opinion. Some people might prefer it

The hotel lists that they have a gym. That’s “technically” true, but the gym barely fits 3 people while it’s supposed to be for 30 floors … . The room is also extremely small. If you’re 190 cm or taller, you literally won’t fit on the bed. I don’t mean your legs will be hanging off the bed, no, there’s literally a wall there. There’s not even enough space for a yoga mat on the floor.
