"Michaela and her family were the most welcoming hosts. The apartment is located in the family farm compound and we got to interact with all of the friendly family members (including the animals!). Our 3 year old daughter loved the barn cats, the cows, sheep and bunnies. The setting couldn't have been more idyllic. The apartment itself is newly renovated and was very clean. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"Martin and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. The property was new , well furnished and immaculately clean. Good equipment and quiet. In a nice village. Plenty of good restaurants in the area especially the Asian in swangau."

"Schon vor dem Check-in hatten wir einen netten E-Mail-Wechsel mit den Vermietern. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat per Schlüsselbox reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sauberkeit war top! Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Es hat sich wie zu Hause angefüllt. Es war einfach sehr ruhig und mega entspannend in einer schönen Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit präsent um alle Anliegen zu klären. Nicht zu vergessen, dass wir uns sehr über die Einladung des Sohnes im Stadl zu einer Silvesterparty gefreut haben. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder. "Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit Frau Graf, der Eigentümerin der Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Lediglich die versehentliche Angabe eines Whirlpools in der Beschreibung war etwas ärgerlich. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Utting."

"A very spacious, clean appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking and a short walk to the lake. We found the bed mattress a little thin and not very comfortable. Some of the kitchen equipment was superfluous but the toaster needs replacing, otherwise there was plenty of crockery etc. Overall a very nice place to stay."

"Anfahrt bis vor die Türe, Parken im Hinterhof, Frühstücks-Café direkt im Haus und vor allem mega nette Leute. Nicht zuletzt sei zu erwähnen, dass unser Hund mehr als willkommen war. 👍 Und die Lage ist der Hammer - direkt in der City, gefühlte 30 Sekunden bis zur Einkaufsstraße, ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Stadtpark... klare Empfehlung. 🙃"
