"The Guest House was great! Super cute and exactly like it was described. Rose was amazing too. Unfortunately, we booked the week that Hurricane Milton came so we didn't get to stay the full week. "First off the owners of the property were super accommodating. They even brought us a delicious fresh avocado from their tree. The home was beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was incredible! We spent most of our week in the pool. Sadly we did not see any dolphins 😞 The available kayaks were a nice touch! You don’t get that little extra at most places. "

"Owner was great to communicate. Internet was in and out at the house most of the stay-tv requires internet. Hot tub had sand in it from the 'sand yard'...also hot tub had to be preheated for 30 min prior to u wanting it hot. 'Sand' area is outside of the lanai this completely swarmed with bugs so it was unusable. The laundry required payment (we knew) but didnt realize it was gonna be $2.50 per wash and $2 per dry. I usually wash owners towels used in the pool often but this forced me not to....

"The pictures don’t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldn’t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. "This property was exacly what they advertised and very spacious and accomodating. It was clean and the patio and outside view was gorgeous. The owner even set someone to reset some appliances that were ready low battery without us even asking or noticing. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again. again."
