"The hotel was amazing, great location, accessible to a bus line and amazing neighborhood grocery store, and local restaurants. The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options each day. I am vegetarian and the food was fresh. Most importantly all of the staff was remarkable and the cost was reasonable. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the Gießen area."

"The property was okay, but for the price and reservation I was greatly disappointed. Most notable was the lack of anything in the room other than two mismatched separate beds. My wife and I came and under my reservation I specially said two guests with a shared bed. The cost did not match the service or the room. We were both disappointed. The restaurant was closed for a summer break. and that was not listed at the time of reservation. Additionally, the cleaning staff left their vacuum and carts...

Keine Annehmlichkeiten - Wasserkocher etc. Frühstück ausreichend, normale Hausmannskost. Diskussion wegen angeblich nicht bezahlten Zimmers. Mit Expedia gebucht und bezahlt! Wlan selten bis gar nicht verfügbar. Alles in allem nicht mehr schön und sehr abgenutzt/defekt. "

"What can I say , the owners went above and beyond, as were the rest of the staff very welcoming and really made me feel as if I was home . Both dinner and breakfast were excellent . My room was superb , it was quiet and comfortable. I was worried about the proximity to the motorway , My room was on the back of the hotel, but even on the front side you could not hear the road with the windows shut, and it was just background noise with them open, and the views from the front side are amazing....

"While this property isn’t in the most beautiful of areas, seems a little industrial, don’t let that deter you from booking here. The check in was easy. The staff so friendly and Being very good about us trying out our German (or lack of). The room was spacious and clean. Everything you needed. Ours had a lift bedroom and a surprise 2nd bathroom in the loft. Breakfast was great. Definitely would recommend you stay here if travelling through Marburg. "
