"We are frequent visitors to Bundeena but have never stayed at this property before. It is very well located in the best part of town. An easy walk to the club and shops. The premises has 3 large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There are plentiful towels and everything you need for an effortless holiday. The pool was a major bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. "The tenant has been very welcoming both before and during our stay. The property is well furnished. Furniture and equipment exactly as it should be. We really enjoyed our stay. We can recommend this property. If we come to the area again - this is where we will stay :)"

"Overall, the property is in an amazing location. Right next to the University of Wollongong and the Botanic Gardens and only a short ride (bus or car) to the CBD. The house itself has many good and bad qualities. "Lovely home however the outside lawn areas were in need of attention. We were surprised by the use of a camera at the entry of the property monitoring our family who came to visit. No mention of such device is advertised as being in use in the property listing."
