"Nice motel style room in a very quiet position. Super comfy bed. Top quality towels and linen. Great to have face cloths supplied. Bonus of a small pouch of milk was much appreciated. Well done Hotel Waterloo on rearranging booking to allow us to stay an extra night."

"We love the chalet which is spacious and the cathedral ceiling made to room feel even bigger. We had a good night sleep. The was a wallaby in the front years and the sound of sea and the lovely penguins echoing in the starry sky was such a treat! The chalet is not new but very clean and the washing machine is a bonus! Minor point on the broken soap dish by the bath and no coffee for the encouraged me to go to the near by cafe, which is even better. Live the French influence of the eateries, I had fantastic dinner at Le Coq, and a wonderful breakfast at the fabulous bakery cafe . It’s a decent stay with all the basics covered, good value for money."

"The motel is just outside the main area of town and not exactly on the beach. There is a bistro on site and within a couple of minutes walk to Sealife Cafe. Plenty of other eateries a couple of minutes drive away. A comfortable stay for 2 nights."

"A great spot to stay - right on the water, so peaceful. Fantastic cabins - everything you need is provided. Staff very helpful and “Ted” was very welcoming! Only bad thing - we didn’t stay long enough!!!"
