"Lovely location "

"I don’t even know where to start. Every beautiful, brown face was welcoming. The waiters and waitresses were so friendly and polite. Santona is a young lady who works in the spa. She gave me a massage on my birthday (7/30/2025). She is such a wise and sweet young lady. The housekeepers kept our room so clean. I can honestly say I enjoyed my entire trip. The Silver Birds were so talented on the steel drums and energetic dance moves. They kept the entire crowd captivated. I sincerely pray the ENTIRE Riu Montego Bay staff is given the chance to spend a free week on the resort each year for as long as they work there. They deserve to be pampered and cared for the way it was given to me and others. They work hard each day with smiles on their faces in extreme heat with no complaints. I will tell everyone about my stay and encourage others to visit. Thank you so much! I miss you guys already! "

"Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this all-inclusive hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The food options were outstanding—delicious, fresh, and with so many choices that every member of our family found something they loved at every meal. The entertainment and activities kept both the kids and adults happy and engaged throughout the entire stay. The pools, beach access, and overall resort amenities were top-notch, and the level of service was truly exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience. This hotel deserves 100 stars, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable getaway."

"This property was very nice for the money that you spend securing it. Ive been to many RIU Resorts, and this one was nice. Food was good, the beach was small, but clean and good for a swim. The staff was mainly friendly and helpful. Close proximity to the airport. The vibe was a live and fun! "

"My family and I loved our stay at Jewel Grande even though there were some things they need to improve. First, the staff were excellent. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our butlers Denton and Aston were wonderful. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and Aston went out of his way to decorate our room and door. He also had the staff at the restaurant sing Happy Birthday to her and present her with a cake. They made sure we had transportation anywhere we wanted to go. They were great! Security was great also. We felt very safe. Our only concerns were housekeeping, the condition of the room and the air conditioning. The room was huge and we loved the space but the room was not clean to ou liking. The floors were dirty and the cushions on the patio furniture had large stains. The bedroom windows were very dirty. As if they've never been cleaned. We requested to have the cushions changed but housekeeping never changed them even though they said they would. The room only got a little cool at night. During the day the room was only slightly cooler than outside. They tell you to keep the patio doors closed but that doesn't help. There was only one elevator working and the areas near the elevator was extremely hot. They need to invest in updating the entire property not just one building. Transportation was also an issue. They should provide shuttle service at least to some of the local attractions. We had to pay for a ca eytime we wanted to go right down the "
