"I have stayed at the Oaks Gateway Townsville several times before and have always been impressed with the standard of service, quality of accommodation and location. This was my first time in a studio apartment and I was not disappointed. The room was spacious, in very good condition and had a fabulous outlook. Customer service is always a priority and nothing is too much trouble for Steven and Jamie on Reception. There are numerous dining options on Palmer Street and getting into the City Centre is a short and pleasant walk. I don't stay anywhere else when visiting Townsville."

"An immaculate room and cleaning service. Rooms are well kept and include large tvs, comfortable beds. It was so well looked after I could be mistaken to say it was new! Reception team were friendly , well informed and offered great information. The attached restaurant was exception both for breakfast and dinner, amazing value for money relevant to the high quality of food. Very well presented, tasty and great serving size. an asset to the hotel. The facilities are well catered with Gym, Pool , full Laundry all onsite and of high quality. "
