Gepflegte und schön eingerichtete Einzimmerwohnung. Liegt leider an einer befahren stark Straße.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Es ist allerdings nur eine Einzimmerwohnung mit zusätzlichen Badezimmer. Für unsere Familie war es daher eigentlich zu klein. Für zwei bis drei Personen ist es gut geeignet. Durch die Lage an der Durchgangsstraße mag man die kleine Terasse nicht so nutzen. Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich.

Una perla
Bellissima vacanza in una casa accogliente, moderna, ben attrezzata, con parcheggio privato e comunque ben servita anche dai mezzi pubblici. il proprietario che ci ha accolto, una persona cordiale e molto disponibile ci ha fornito preziose informazioni oltre a lasciarci un book molto dettagliato e pieno di consigli per fare gite e giri turistici per ogni gusto. Addirittura corredato da un navigatore già impostato per ogni luogo riportato. Inoltre ci sono consigli per ristoranti e negozi e tutti gli orari di tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Grazie a tutto questo abbiamo visitato posti bellissimi ed interessantti senza problemi perchè avevamo gli itinerari già pronti. Spero di poterci tornare, ma in ogni caso la consiglio caldamente!!

Per un perfetto soggiorno in Liguria!
Casetta graziosa, arredata con gusto, fornita di tutto il necessario. Utilissime le guide messe a disposizione dal proprietario, ci hanno indirizzato indicandoci le attrattive principali della zona. Si distingue per la posizione, da cui è possibile raggiungere facilmente spiagge e cittadine adiacenti. Consigliatissima! Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile.

Magnifique maisonnette
Magnifique maisonnette ou rien ne manque, tout est conforme à la description. Félicitations à Andréa pour le travail effectué : documents en différentes langues très détaillés avec toutes les explications pour visiter la région. Ainsi que les bonnes adresses où aller. Il y a même un GPS avec tous les lieux déjà pré-enregistrés. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, Andréa était de bons conseils.

Un soggiorno inatteso!
Considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti in quanto il locale è in struttura nuova, arredato con gusto e accessoriata molto bene. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e ben organizzato. Fornito anche di TV, dvd in lingua e indicazioni turistiche. Ottimo anche il buono per il pranzo. Insomma grande Andrea... Presenza del parcheggio privato. La posizione non è delle migliori in quanto sulla strada, ma l'ubicazione è strategica per gli spostamenti. Insomma un ottimo punto d'appoggio per vacanze brevi o week end lunghi. Lerici molto bella, da vedere.

Ottimo!!
Casetta deliziosa, ben fornita di tutto il necessario, in un'ottima posizione. Il proprietario una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e veramente organizzato, ci ha fornito di un gps con tutte le località già memorizzate e ci ha semplificato la vita!!! Sehr schön und sauber
Wir haben zwei herrliche Herbstwochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber, die Vermieter Chiara und Andrea sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sprechen jedoch auch nur italienisch oder englisch. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll um Cincue Terre, La Spezia in Ligurien oder auch Trips nach Lucca, Siena, Florenz, San Gimignano oder Pisa in der Toscana zu machen. Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrernen Straße, wer da empfindlich ist, muss nachts das Fenster geschlossen halten. Ansonsten ist aber alles super!!!

Casa ideale per vacanze in Liguria
E un posto perfetto per passare le vacanze in zona di Lerici/La Spezia. Il posto e in posizione strategica sia per andare al mare, che per visitare varie attrazioni turistiche. Andrea ha organizzato tutto molto bene, grazie per tutto che ha preparato, sapevamo precisamente come fare per godere al massimo nostro tempo in Liguria. La casa e dintorni erano puliti e ben ordinati. Abbiamo passato li una settimana fantastica.

Vacanza meravigliosa a Lerici
La location si presenta come da book fotografico inserito sul sito. La casa, pulitissima, nuova è dotata di ogni comfort ci ha colpiti per bellezza e funzionalità. I proprietari disponibili e seri si sono rilevati anche un vero aiuto per concentrare in una settimana le visite nei dintorni di Lerici. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole fare una vacanza in un posto incantevole ad un prezzo competitivo!

Una settimana davvero rilassante
Ho soggiornato una settimana (dal 27 giugno al 4 luglio) con mia figlia nell'appartamento "Piccola casetta romantica". Ci siamo trovate benissimo: l'appartamento, piccolo e molto funzionale, corrisponde alla descrizione presentata (pulito, attrezzato con cura nella zona bagno e cucina). Il proprietario, il signor Andrea, è stato davvero molto gentile e ci ha fornito indicazioni preziose sulle spiagge e sulle possibilità di parcheggio libero; nel corso della settimana abbiamo dovuto pagare il parcheggio solo l'ultimo giorno, sabato, perché siamo arrivate un po' tardi (intorno alle 9). Consiglio di passare una o più giornate in spiaggia alla Baia Blu; lo stabilimento è molto attrezzato (ristorante, piscina, docce calde, phon) ma si paga l'ingresso, oltre che lettino e ombrellone (2 adulti 30 euro). Accanto però c'è la spiaggia libera attrezzata con possibilità di noleggio ombrellone e con doccia (fredda, ma con le temperature di questi giorni è andata benissimo!), servizi, un piccolo bar. Nel complesso, una vacanza rilassante che pensiamo di ripetere in futuro!

Il soggiorno presso Andrea è stato eccellente . La casa aveva tutto il necessario per un paio di giorni . Inoltre , Andrea è un padrone di casa , che era eccezionale e disponibile a noi in ogni momento . Zioni di spesa Altamente raccomandato a casa . Vi ringrazio molto , torneremo !

idéal pour court séjour
Studio très propre, impeccablement situé pour profiter de la splendide région qui regorge de lieux magiques, que ce soit en proche Toscane ou sur la côte de Ligurie. Andrea a vraiment le souci que le séjour se déroule au mieux. Aussi GPS, vidéos et remarquable brochure de fabrication maison recelant toutes les meilleures adresses et bon plans vous sont prêtés. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J'allais oublier, la bouteille de vin offerte est délicieuse. MOLTO BENE. Very clean, affordable studio, perfectly located in this splendid part of Italy. Everything is provided so that you can enjoy a perfect, off the beaten track holiday. Recommended apt.

Una bella Pasqua
La descrizione dell'appartamento era esattamente come descritto nell'inserzione, inoltre era pulitissimo e in ordine. Abbiamo trovato un sacco di accessori, dagli stendini all'asse e ferro da stiro. Dall'ombrellone al televisore con lettore DVD. Inoltre il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare dei giochi in scatola e altri piccoli oggetti che ci sono venuti utili per intrattenere nostra figlia nell'unica giornata di pioggia. Oltre ad un GPS ,che ci è tornato utile in più di un occasione, il proprietario ci ha fornito di materiale informativo con posti da visitare, dove fare la spesa, dove mangiare e informazioni su treni e traghetti per le cinque terre. Consiglierò di sicuro questo posto per le ragioni appena esposte e per la cordialità e disponibilità dell'inserzionista, il dott. Pampana, che si è sempre assicurato, prima e durante la nostra permanenza che tutto andasse bene e fosse di nostro gradimento. In conclusione abbiamo passato dei bei giorni, visitando posti (consigliati dal proprietario e non) favolosi.

casa molto accogliente e ben curata
Il signor Pampana ci ha accolti in questo appartamento molto carino pulito e curato accogliendo anche la nostra cagnolina il che non è poco.. la posizione Dell appartamento necessita l uso della macchina, ma con le dettagliate informazioni preparate in delle bellissime brochure e il tomtom già impostato con tutti gli itinerari consigliati, l'uso della macchina non è per niente un problema anzi proprio grazie a "questo libricino" abbiamo potuto girare in abbondanza in posti meravigliosi e mangiare in ottimi posti.. situato tra la Liguria e la Toscana si gode di ottimi vantaggi sia per il paesaggio sia per il cibo..

Modern flat with terrace
The apartment was very nice, cosy and tidy. The owner gave us a warm welcome. He prepared a comprehensive 'tourist guide' with the main site seeings of the area but also spots you would otherwise never visit. We really enjoyed our stay!
