"We have just returned home from a very peaceful and relaxing couple of days at Cleeves Cabins. We stayed in the Arran Lodge which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a wonderful stay including a wonderful hot tub on the decking. We spent many hours in the evening relaxing and watching the stars in the lovely warm hot tub. "This property was essentially a nice house, with a beautiful garden, however, the cleanliness on arrival was questionable. All the cups and cutlery had to be washed thoroughly before use, the cooker hob was still greasy and the fridge needed cleaning out before use. It was also dusty under the bed. The fridge was also not switched and the house was cold. The property in general needs quite a bit of updating especially the double bedroom.and bathrooms. The location was quiet and great for...

"Port Glasgow and really all of Scotland is the friendliest and most helpful place I’ve ever been. The people are extremely nice…especially to a hillbilly from East Tennessee who was easily confused driving on the left side of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view of Port Glasgow and the Clyde River. We enjoyed our visit."

"Donnini Apartments changed the house the day before. So not sure about this house but Wellington View is where they put us. It could be a great place but broken settee and toilet seat . Cleaning could be better old cobwebs, living room rug had old food on it,.sugar on worktops, staines on bed sheets. Replaced bedside lamps as not working left no light bulbs. No heating on when arrived took ages to warm up. No reply to emails"

"The property was perfect - beautifully decorated to a high standard, felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Very comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. Owner was very communicative (not that we had any questions but knew we could get hold of her if needed to.) View from property was just gorgeous. "Lovely cottage just next to the sea. Hiked up goat fell from the house. Ace pub round the corner. Aran ice-cream must be sampled."

"The whole property is fantastic and really clean. The only negative was that it was cold when we arrived and we couldn’t get the place warmed up. We called the contact and it was sorted out quickly"
