"Stayed for 3 nights on business. First night fire in the hotel but staff should be praised for the organisation in getting everyone out and safe while the fire dealt with. The gym facilities are fantastic and all the staff are friendly and super helpful. "

"Oh amazing hotel! Beautiful, great location and room was great! Bar downstairs was lovely and the view from the tower bar was great too, great selection of drinks…and that’s where my downfall began! Trust me if you have some crazy romantic notion about bringing your friend ( who you’re secretly in love with!) here for drinks and a nice stay…then getting very very drunk and stupidly confessing said love…please do not do it! I torpedoed a perfect day! And now I’m lost in the ocean of regret and sadness, while the remains of the shipwreck of our friendship floats around me..oh the staff were all amazing too! "

"Lovely hotel that is ideally situated in a lovely square with cafes and restaurants within easy reach of the main town. Good facilities and it is worth having a castle view room. Good choice at breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and hot choices. Staff are friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for my 60th Birthday stay especially Alistair on Reception. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh. "

"Amazing stay. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit London. Victoria Station is behind the hotel which is extremely convenient plus most tourist sites are walkable. Lots of restaurants and bars around so there's always something to do. Mini bar is free and restock daily, cleaning staff is so friendly. I had no complaints during my stay. Customer sevice was top notch. "
