The staff was delightful and helpful, and the location was perfect for accessing the Tube and bus lines. We were close enough to walk to many attractions as well. We’ve stayed here three times now and will definitely return on our next trip to London.

Amazing check in and service. Very royal, and location is unbeatable, close to all major landmarks and walk distance to the Palace. Right on Victoria station and 12 minutes to Paddington station, so is easy to get to both, Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
