Great property close to the airport. Wonderful room. Good room service food options. Really wonderful staff. The only thing that is not great is transportation from the airport. It is disappointing that their is no airport shuttle because the airport bus shuttle has hour waits and the taxis are extremely expensive. About $30.00 for 1 mile and you cant walk to it either. I ended waiting for a shuttle in the code for more than 45 minutes, gave up and took a taxi to the hotel which was extremely expensive. All in all the hotel was great. Would stay again if needed.

It's totally fine as a hotel airport. I wish there was a shuttle service as cabs to and from the hotel are expensive even if it's so close. Otherwise great.

Tried to overcharge for a hour and a half late checkout. Different staff told me different prices that were higher. Online it states member prices are a certain price starting at 2pm and I used my member number at check in . I spent tons of money on extra services and room service and tipped for two days. Very rude on check out but overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff that were friendly.
