At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff .

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Staff is not helpful and in the edge to be considered rude. Breakfast is not only heavily overpriced but poor quality. Cold beans and bacon and the scrambled eggs were definitely made from powder not real eggs. Would have expected a better experience for the price I paid. Expedia VIP benefits were not granted.

This hotel seems to have been designed without guests in mind. The hall design is like a maze, the room lights are so confusing, there are no plugs next to the beds, our room had zero natural light. The elevators are extremely slow and even though there are 8 of them they are always stuffed full of people. The room service food was crazy expensive and very low quality. The cleaning staff were inattentive and rude and did not respond to our requests until we called and complained. The heating and cooling system was excellent. The bar staff were very friendly. The valet staff were helpful getting us taxis. The location could not have been better. We spoke to management and they kindly helped resolve some of the issues but this was overall a very disappointing hotel experience.
