"Had an amazing time at Palagina. The grounds were absolutely stunning and the rooms clean. A small few things they could focus on is giving the rooms a bit of a face lift as they do seem dated and improve ventilation in the bathrooms to avoid the mold. Also screens on the windows so you can open them without the worry of bugs getting in. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant and loved the wine/wine tour. I would definitely recommend. "

"I honestly feel lucky that I booked this hotel in Tuscany! We stayed there couple days. The environment and vibe is amazing. I’m kind of picky with hotels but Precise is awesome! It’s clean, quiet, safe, and with music, campfire, many pools-even one heated, spa, free parking. Everyone working there are super nice. btw，love the breakfast and dinner. We had unforgettable time in Tuscany with one of the main reason, staying in Precise. I definitely will rebook when I’m back to Tuscany."

"Arezzo is a quiet town and excellent location to tour around Tuscany. The old town and sites are beautiful. It is easy to walk around and the apartments are well located to stores. The kitchen and baths are beautifully appointed. Stefano the host and owner took great care in restoration of this Renaissance palazzo. The apartment is on the main floor. And there is a beautiful one on the floor above - piano mobile. There is a beautiful private garden as well. "

"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary. Unfortunately, our vacation was during bug season - mosquitos and bees so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor areas or pool. A wonderful addition of mosquito netting around the outdoor eating area would have been most welcome to enjoy the natural space. The owners daughter most kindly assisted us with a rental car matter and we were most appreciative of her time and help."
