"The Loft is cozy, clean, quiet retreat nestled in the Catskills. As the photos indicate, the bathroom is next level, quite nice. Other features we liked included the ample closet space, the access to the Tanbark hiking trailhead a minute's walk away, and being right in downtown Phoenicia, so there were a few restaurants, a market, and some other stores all within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"I didn't tell my step-daughter anything about the place before we stayed and she was WIDE EYED as we entered this wonderful little haven! We taught her how to play pool downstairs, and although we were in the Eagle's Nest, she was able to have her own space (thank you for the space divider) so that we could have our privacy as a couple as well. The place was impeccable! Had everything we needed and MORE!"

"Our family rented this apartment to stay in while our son played a baseball tournament at the Cooperstown All Star Village near Oneonta. The drive to the baseball complex was about 30 minutes, but it was extremely worth it. "It was a cute little cabin for a weekend gateaway for the fiancé and I. Everything was clean and organized, nicely decorated and well put together.
