Show off your culinary skills in the fully-equipped kitchen adorned with the finest amenities - a gas range oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Guests have complete access to all the amenities provided in the Adobe Delight. Services offer a full concierge from delivering pre-made meals to arranging for unique experiences like hot air balloon rides or horseback riding on request. The property is accessible via a smart lock system, ensuring secure, fuss-free self check-in. Parking is available for 2-3 cars on-premise.

For pet owners, Adobe Delight is your furry friend’s home away from home. All pets must be declared and a $150 non-refundable fee will be applied per reservation. Vaccine records of your pet are required prior to check-in. As a courtesy to other animal lovers, guests will be held liable for any damages caused by their pets.

Pet Policy Information:
This home is pet friendly! We love furry family members! If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please be aware of the following policy and rules: There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation and there is a $150 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the reservation. All pets must be declared on/with the reservation at the time of booking, or, at the latest, prior to check in. Pet fee must also be paid in full prior to check in. If a pet is brought into the home and has not been previously declared, a fine, in addition to the $150 pet fee, may be assessed and charged to the guest. At the time of departure, owner and/or management will perform a routine departure inspection.

If damages are found and determined/assumed to be caused by a pet in the home, such damages will be documented and submitted as a claim to the hosting company (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, Taos Love LLC, etc.). Such a claim and monies requested may be used to recuperate charges for, but not limited to, excess cleaning time, supplies and repairs needed, replacement items, etc. The owner and/or management company will determine if the $150 pet fee paid by guest will or will not cover any or all of needed monies for aforementioned issues. Guest will be notified if damages are found and if a claim will be filed.
