"Booked a single room but was given a room for three,bed/ pillows very comfy,lovely clean towels and had toiletries, plenty of tea coffee suger and even biccies, staff were lovely very accommodating,although given I bigger room I’d much prefer fed the single,aircon better tv worked better but definitely would stay again,over road to shopping mall, woolies etc, might be budget but a very good budget hotel and no better location and great pool"

"The concrete in the community areas was quite dirty. The unit itself was not the cleanest with grime on the floor and some small cockroaches and ants causing problems. The hair dryer in the room was very noisy and on it's last legs. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and about die."

"Really enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the view of the ranges. Nice setting, and comfortable. Communication with property owner is a niggle as it goes via Vrbo/Stayz and it takes a while to get a response. Otherwise, hosts are great!"

"I stayed in a studio which was very spacious and comfortable. It has all modern amenities. Communal areas are great! I specially liked the artwork in the rooms and outside. Overall fantastic place. "

Very easy access, walking distance to shops, Olive Pink Botanical Gardens, etc. Very comfortable, clean, all facilities we needed. Great stop to consolidate before heading out into the bush again. "THE " Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge " was just such a refreshing place to stay at minimal cost. The staff at reception "LESLIE AND PAGE were so helpful and refreshingly honest in their attitude towards customers and their respective jobs. The cleaning and room preparation was excellent and the cleaning staff were most obliging in providing extra service if there was a requirement.. such as sugar, tea, milk, blankets etc. Kudos to the groundsmen for their efforts to keep all clean and tidy."
