"Great stay at ibis style york. minute walk from train station. Wetherspoon and grene king nearby. 10minute walk into city. Clean, comfortable and friendly 😌 we will definitely be back as it ticked all our boxes. Only negative is very limited parking. We didnt need parking but we did check it out and decided we were sensible coming by train."

"We loved our 2 rooms here. Beds were super comfortable, amenities were fantastic, food was tasty, we liked the history and decor, & we had great rooms with garden views. It was also nice to say someplace right next to the train station (especially since we brought my senior parents) and have the option of leaving luggage and exploring the city before check in / not taking your luggage all over town. For those driving, the car park / parking lot seem to be large enough to accommodate many visitors. "

"Lovely historic building with a nod to the past in the internal character but with an overall modern feel within the rooms. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safety deposit box and toiletries which made this a lovely room. Would have liked a better view, we were in room 145 at the back of the property and tbe coffee/tea tray was on a unit where there wasnt a plug so had to keep moving the entire tray to the dressing table when using the kettle. Given complimentary drink at the bar for our wedding anniversary which was nice and arrived in our room to towel swans and rose petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options - all good quality produce. Location was very convenient for walking into the centre of Harrogate. "
