"Lighting is much to be desired. Needs serious updating. 3 of the 6 bulbs were out. Of course no AC and condo in corner and gets little circulating air with windows open. Fan on ceiling is worthless. No ice trays in freezer makes it difficult to enjoy any drink. Refrigerator wobbles and is not balanced. Overall great location and a nice stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. After several emails (that were answered quickly) with the managers of the property, they were able to assure us that we would have the space that we needed for our son and his wheelchair. "The unit was just as described/pictured. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, which means a lot to us. The unit and entire property were well taken care of! We were greeted upon arrival and shown around, shown where to park, given some recommendations around the area. It was very helpful!
