"Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. They show pictures of the rooftop pool but did not mention the pool is pay to use before booking. 2. Premier Double Room, Sea View listing include a bunch of different rooms, you never know which one you will get. "It was a one-night stay, but we did get the 7thfl with a great view and I did get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool for an hour before anyone, it was peaceful and beautiful... Only wished we could have spent more time in PP... will book again when visiting Cambodia again, the front desk was so helpful for the arrangements of our rooms."
