"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. One last thing, there’s very nice sunrise spot on the mountain in front of the resort. "

"This place was absolutely amazing and well worth it. When I visit Bali again, I am definitely staying here. The Kunja is so clean, the staff are amazingly nice and they are right next to everything you need! This place is so perfect, waking up to homemade breakfast and a morning swim was the best part. We also loved our driver who took us to see some awesome parts of Bali. If you are debating about visiting here, trust me this is the place for you! "

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

"Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."

"We had an amazing stay here. The room was huge, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect with two young kids. Also so nice that it had a washer and dryer in the room free of charge. Our kids loved going to the kids club and they were able to stay as long as they wanted. Food is good at the Zest restaurant, mini golf was fun and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely come back again next time we visit Phuket! "

"I really enjoyed staying in this villa. Even though in the busy area, the villa creates very cosy and tropical space. I like the good sense of the room, patio, and garden. They are so fashionable and have a natural taste. "I love how accommodating they are! & how close everything else is. The place was very nice, the windows had an AMAZING view! "Terrible attitude from billing person when booking done through expedia Purposely they deny certain services when booked through expedia They force you to pay more and upgrade to get basic dining."

"プールまで徒歩ゼロ秒のプールサイドの部屋だった。非常に大きいプールは毎朝清掃されているし、中央棟のトッププールもきれい。部屋はオーナーがきれいにしているようで、虫もほとんど出なかった。タオルは少しボロいのと、部屋のシャワーはつくりが悪く、やや水浸しになりやすい。あとは部屋の目の前、中央棟が工事中でややビューが悪くなっている。自分はそれほど気にしないが、タイミングによってはプールエリアにも少し制限がかかる。ミニマートで水等を買うことができるし、カフェやレストランもあるが、物足りない。近くのコンビニ等までは1kmぐらいあるので、買い込んで部屋にこもるといった策が吉。洗濯屋さんがある（60THB/kg）。またエクスペディアに掲載されている住所ではないので注意。Googleマップ等で調べること。ジョムティエンバスステーションからソンテウでは行けず、Bolt等を使うのがよい。手ごろな価格で南国気分を味わえた。しかし数日の短期滞在であれば、サービスや外出観点で、アクセスのよいビーチ沿いホテル等のほうがいいかもしれない。"

"The staff are lovely, really accommodating and will help in any way they can. It is a beautiful set up, although could do with a bit of renovation. The outdoor bath is a lovely idea but we didn’t use it because it was too old and dirty. The area is very busy and like most busy areas in Bali, pretty dirty and noisy. This hotel is particularly noisy on a Saturday night when we got no sleep at all. The overall though is if you want a decent hotel with amazing staff and this is the area you...

"Nice stay, but… The place is okay, the room, kitchen, and living area are clean. There are also utensils and kitchen appliances available for use. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't use all the amenities, but the location is nice and there is a pool. I just wish the toilet and shower room were cleaned better. As soon as you enter the unit, you immediately notice the stinky smell of the toilet. There wasn't any air freshener provided. We had to spray to make it look and smell...

"10/10 Beautiful/stunning property including the pools and beach. Very well maintained- at one point I saw six gardeners working to keep the gardens immaculate. 10/10 Staff- very helpful and went above and beyond. 10/10 Breakfast. Overall, I had a lovely stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend! "
